For average women like you and me – not bodybuilders, not fitness models, not exercise junkies.

This is for women – even raw beginners – who can't commit a lot of time to exercising and preparing super healthy meals every day.

But you still don't want to feel unattractive whenever you see another woman with a great body, right? You do want the best body shape you can possibly get, correct?

Now, I'd like to make a couple of things clear.

Weight training for women does NOT make you look like a man. In fact, it's extremely difficult for a woman to become as muscular as a man.

Women just don't naturally have enough of the right hormones necessary to become bulky like bodybuilders you see in competition. Unless you take some hormone supplement, it's very unlikely that you'll build up the bulk. I've been training with weights for ages. But I still haven't got to the point where I look in the mirror and say to myself “OMG, I look so bulky!”

And I'll tell you something – I feel good about my body.

Another thing is, you can certainly achieve the best body shape possible. But you can't have the body you can't get.

Confused?

What I mean is, if you're not tall in the first place (like me), you'll never have that “long and lean” figure that so many fitness trainers promise. However, you can have a lean and well toned body. And you'll definitely look great. But you'll look like you, not a celeb that you're trying to copy.

What I'm saying is you can improve your body as much as your genes allow, but not more than that.

There's a lot of information on this site.

Of course, you don't need to use it all at once. You can use this site as a reference in your body sculpting journey.

Or you can learn things bit by bit every day. It's up to you.

The main thing is to exercise smartly and eat sensibly in order to improve the way your body looks.
