This was my breakfast. Although it doesn't look much, it was very filling and tasty.
It was very quick and easy, except that one of the eggs was a bit unruly. It didn't peel well at all.
But I conquered it in the end.
Then there was the challenge of putting a bit of all three ingredients together on my fork. That way, I could chew them together and savour the taste.
I managed that well, even though the tomatoes tried to squirt juice in all directions. So, I had to make sure my mouth was completely closed when I bit into each one.
Eh ... well, sometimes even chewing food can be a bit of a hassle.
But I must say this breakfast was infinitely better than any stuff I'd get out of a cereal box.
I finished this meal with a nice cup of Burmese tea. Heaven!
Ha! This time, I didn't want to peel eggs. So, I scrambled three eggs. Still very yummy even though I forgot to put salt in it.
