Well ... it took me only about 10 minutes to prepare this. I didn't use any pasta.
Since I like my meals moist, I didn't drain all the water from the can of tuna. I saved a bit and put it in my salad.
Very tasty. :-)
This photo shows another meal I made using the same blueprint. I was a bit naughty and added a rectangular shaped bread roll. (They have an exotic name. I forgot what they're called.)
I was just doing my usual shopping in the supermarket that day. I happened to walk past this canopy of bread rolls. They looked so enticing. They were kept warm and I could smell them. So, I couldn't resist getting them. (The bakers know how to entice people.)
Anyway, to control the damage, I only used half the roll. I melted cheddar cheese on it under the grill for 3 to 4 minutes. Then I topped the cheesy bread with the salad.
The photo shows only part of what I ate. I had a second helping of the salad.
Then I finished it off with a dessert ... a handful of raspberries and banana with some full-fat yogurt and honey. See the photo below.
Yum. Eating is one of my favourite activities. :p
