With Blueprint #3 I threw in a green pepper and some mushrooms too. I also used hot curry powder to make it spicy. It was very nice.
There's some left over for another meal as well. Next time I might be a good girl. I might leave out the rice and have it with some salad leaves. :-)
This photo shows another meal I made using the same blueprint. I used diced chicken breast this time.
And I decided to be a good girl and omit the rice. Instead I ate it with a mixture of rocket and lamb lettuce.
Here, this photo shows quite a big meal I ate the other day. Not only did I eat a baked sweet potato, I also added a handful of salad leaves.
