This is a quick nutritious meal I prepare quite often. It looks very much like a pizza. But it tastes even better (in my unbiased opinion of course) and a lot more healthy. :-)
So, here are the ingredients I use.
If you’re skilful, try flicking the omelette to cook both sides evenly.
I used to do that. But it was a bit hit-and-miss. Very often, I ended up with a mess. But it didn’t matter. It was only me eating it. And it didn’t change the taste at all.
These days, I have a non-stick frying pan with a long steel handle. So, once the under-side of the omelette is set I can just slide the pan under the grill to finish it off. It makes life so much easier.
And the finished product looks so much better too, like in this photo.
